Corn Maze 2019

Lydia's class went to the Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze in Clark today.  They needed parent volunteers to go along so I got to go too.  We had a good time riding the bus together. It was a pretty bumpy bus ride in the back of the bus.

When we got to the Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze our group got to into the Corn Maze first while other groups did hayride and free time.  I had Lydia and her cute bucket pal Darcee, Brielle and her bucket pal Kinsey. We had a good time in the Corn Maze, but we had a hard time finding out way out.  Thankfully there were clues here and there throughout the maze to help us find our way.  I think we had to do most of the clues more than once but the kids thought that was fun. We were the last group in and the last group out, but we had a lot of fun.  It took us about 40 minutes to go through the corn maze. Unfortunately, we missed the hayride because it left after 30 minutes.  We did catch a different hayride so it was alright.  Lydia loved trying to climb the rope. She tried the slide but it had a pretty good bump at the end that didn't feel too good when she landed.

School 2019/2020

The kids have been in school for a while now.  Some of them are loving it, some don't want to talk about it, and some are glad to go but don't want to let everyone know.  This year all the kids in public school are odd. David is 11th, MaryAnne is 9th, Dallin is 7th, Joshua is 5th and Lydai is 3rd.  Neil is in his 26th year teaching at NWC.  Julia, Matthew, and Emma are taking classes at NWC. David is also taking one of Neil's classes.  Bethany just started at BYU-Idaho.  I hope they all have a wonderful year of learning and growing.
